No, while you may think of yourself as her sister, you're still simply best friends. Your children on the other hand will be half siblings to each other.

Her husband, on the other hand, is a poon hound who couldn't keep it in his pants while his wife was pregnant. Does your "sister" know her cheating husband knocked you up? Or are you and her wandering hubby with the too fertile balls keeping that bit of information from her?

I'm not the OP but I get it. My older sister was basically in that same boat. Unlike the OP, my sister aborted it before her husband found out that her BFF's husband accidently knocked her up. While she got pregnant accidently, sleeping with her BFF's husband was started with her BFF's urging.

The BFF was suffering bad from post partum depression, a newborn baby's constant needs, not enough sleep, her body's changes and slow recovery. My sister was there trying to help with all that.
The husband was pressuring her BFF hard for marital attention and not caring about her issues and baby and stuff so my sister came over a lot to help. When the husband started to REALLY hit on my sister she turned him down hard and promptly told her BFF. The BFF basically blurted out that her satisfying her husband that way would be a HUGE favor to her.

She didn't agree right away. She confided it was a huge fight with her own husband that got her to get even with her husband by helping out her BFF's marriage by substituting in when she was over visiting. I found out when my BIL started getting suspicious and my sister recruited me to help be her alibi when she needed one.

After a while they both just met at my place so her husband could call or come over and find her here visiting with me. Once my sister was regularly meeting her lover for sex at our place I had to come clean and explain the situation to my husband. He wasn't wild about it but then asked if that meant that my sister would also be his surrogate wife when I was recovering from childbirth. I told him NOT my sister but MAYBE another woman.

Not long after I got pregnant I was surprised that both of my best friends and my sister all told me privately that they'd step in to be my husband's surrogate wife, if I needed a break from my husband's attentions. I was both shocked and freaked out a little. Neither of my BFF's ever said anything about liking my husband and my older sister flat out hates my husband so that was an even bigger surprise.

I've always wanted my sister to get along better with my husband so I almost approved that. Luckily, I didn't have to as my husband was awesome and a great helper with both our baby's needs and mine. If my sister's BFF's husband was more like my husband my sister would never would have been asked to jeopardize her marriage that way
