Okay, so I had this neighbor that allowed their Yorkshire Terrier to run the streets of our neighborhood. The dog was actually very friendly but he wreaked havoc by crapping on everyone's lawn and getting all the female dogs pregnant by tunneling under fences and even digging into kennels. I asked the neighbor one day to please keep the dog at home as he was a nuisance and I was afraid he may get hit by a car. She was very rude and informed me that even though she fed the dog daily, took him once a month to the groomers and he slept in her bed every night, that the dog was not hers since he had just shown up at her property one day about 2 years ago. Hence, she did not feel responsible for anything he might do. So, one hot Summer day I was getting ready to go out to a BBQ and I looked out in my yard. That darn Yorky had dug a HUGE hole in my yard tunneling under my fence and had also dug a SECOND hole into the kennel with my female dog who happened to be in heat! He was humping her leg but hopping up and down since she is about 3 times his size. Well, I was sooooo mad!! So I promptly went out to my yard and caught the little guy. He was actually happy to have attention and was easy to catch. Well, this poor little dog was not to blame, he was just being a dog. But his "owner" needed to be taught a lesson. I noticed she had just brought him to the groomer's because he smelled nice and had a dorky bow on his head. I got out a pair of hair clippers and shaved a bald line about 4 inches wide from his tail to his nose, along his back. Then I got a big, black, permanent marker and wrote "NEUTER ME!!!" in huge letters on his freshly shaved back. Well, the little dog obviously could care less about his appearance and was in no way injured by any of this, so he just wagged his tail and ran back to his "owner's" house when I put him outside my yard. I am sure that neighbor was mortified when she saw her "perfectly" groomed dog because that is the last time I had to fill in any holes from that little dog. Come to think of it, I have never seen him except once shortly after his makeover. It was about two weeks later and you could still see the permanenet marker on his back! The hair had grown some and he sure looked funny with his spikey hair-do.

That is one of the funniest stories I have ever heard of. Funny b/c you didn't hurt the dog, but funny b/c you taught this rude bitch a lesson. If the dog does this again, I say shave it again stating " I fuck my owner when I'm in heat"! ROFLMAO!!!!!! That was such an awesome story? Is it really true though b/c it's so original. Any ideas on how I quiet down a hronic barking dog that is fenced in his own backyard? The owner my next door neighbor is a triffling nasty bitch who has harrassed me in front of neighbors on two occasions? I don't want to hurt the dog as I am an avid dog lover, just a hating person who lives next to a ghetto bitch!

I swear on everything that it's a true story. I love animals but get soooooo annoyed by irresponsible owners. I sat around thinking really hard how to get that lady to keep her dog at home!! This idea just came to me when I saw him in my kennel with my dog.
Have you tried calling the police on your neighbor's dog? I live out of the city limits so they would not help me. If the neighbor's dog is barking at you, try feeding it treats whenever you go in your yard. That should stop it from barking at you. I am not sure how to get it to stop barking at other things though.
