These stupid nofication laws are frequently abused.
This guy might have been convicted years ago of having sex with a I7 year old girl when he was I8.
That's how stupid the whole thing has become.
Would you rather have an arsonist or a drug dealer move in?
You wouldn't even know it until there was a problem in the building.

I found out about his crime because he was arrested across the street from the school I work at. It was on the news and in the paper. This person was in a park, with adults and children, preying on innocent people.
I was not 'snooping" around trying to dig up dirt. I 100% agree with doing the crime and then your time. If you have been released then you must be ok for society. This person is still in society, out on bail and PR. I feel unsafe in my own home.
