I will never ever live on the bottom floor again...the people above us have no common courtesy or consideration for anyone near to them. They are rude, fat, sloppy, noisy assholes and I have repeatedly wished they would die... or just move out, whichever. They appparently have to ability to step lightly, since they are all so fat, and we get to hear every thud all day and night. They leave their dog out on their balcony and it whines and barks and carries on at all hours. They are home all day, every day, don't know how they make a living, but even though they have all day, they like to wait to do thier laundry and loud cleaning until at least 11 at night. The have slammed the door in our face on numerous occasions when we couldn't take the noise anymore and went up to ask them to keep it down. They have a huge problem with any repair man who comes to fix things, and give them attitude when they come to the door. Thier cars are pieces of shit, and there is always an abandoned one in the parking lot taking up space because they don't feel like getting rid of it. Fuck them, fuck thier dog, fuck their fat asses, get a life, and get the fuck outta mine.

I feel for ya. Have you tried having their car towed? Maybe talking to the property management or landlord?

Oh boy I understand your pain!! Junk all over the place is so hard to live with!

We have some lovely neighbors two houses down from us that have junk all in their yard. Old cars, a broken down motor home, a rusty rowboat, and a beat up old couch. The shrubs are so overgrown you can't see the house hardly at all. I don't even know what color it is. All these people are enormous. They are constantly screaming at each other, especially on Friday and Saturday nights when one or the other of them is plastered.

Lord save us both, huh?

I feel you!!!

How do people afford to rent or own places when they don't work? I guess I never understood that. I have to work in order to stay in my house. I have to work to pay for food. I have to work to pay my bills. I have to work to pay for my car and (gulp) gas.
I guess I wasn't lucky enough to have wealthy family memebers leave me buckets of money so I could stay home all day.
Ever notice it's the people who don't work that cause the most noise or trouble? Shame on me for having a job and needing to sleep at night, so I can go back to my job the next morning, so I can afford to live by such WONDEFULLY CRAPPY NOISY NEIGHBORS!!!! (sorry about that, I needed to rant)

Its called "section 8" in the US, its a voucher program where the government pays a large portion of your housing. A lot of landlords make a lot of money off loser section 8 tenants.

When you rent a place, call other for rent signs in the area and ask if they take section 8. If they do, be aware, they're going to be some lazy pigs.

Section 8 is usually in the more run down areas of town.

I don't rent. I own. I'm in a middle class neighborhood and have neighbors next door to me who don't work and have 4 teen aged kids who make noise at all hours of the day and night. I highly doubt its "section 8" or HUDD housing.
Thanks for your thoughts on that though.
