Last night at two a.m. another one of his whores slams the door to his apartment and he locks her out. She wants her purse, and lets the entire complex know it. This is not the first time the Pimp's guests have caused a scene.

He was nearly evicted for loitering two weeks ago, but he had an "angry black man" temper tantrum, and got given a warning instead. Loitering while on his cellphone with his contacts. He offers his wares - drugs and prostitutes - to the other tenants, encouraging the rest of the neighborhood to reach ghetto status.

Now the temper tantrums are back up, to explain why he does not have to follow a lease contract like the rest of the tenants. It's his Constitutional right to shout obscenities at the manager and other people at every hour of the day. He is a large child acting like he's the last black man on earth, and therefore exempt from all the contract agreements that the other tenants -- pigmented people included -- have chosen to keep.

I can't wait until he leaves. It will be soon, with the way he acts.
