- I Hate My Neighbor -

This person is crazy.For 5yrs she has been going around parking lot picking up cigarette butes and put them in my front garden.I ask her why she sayes you smoke they must be yours.Then she started to put her own shit in my back garden.I write to land lord he said there is nothing they can do becouse she is crazy (where is my rights).Last night she pissed on my front step and today put anamonam (think that how you spell it)on the front step in front of other neigbors.There are many things she did to me and other neighbors but land lord said can do any thing becouse of her mental health.What is are rights?What can or should we do?PLEASE HELP Iam starting to worry about my mental health

She may be mentally ill, but she is still accountable to the law. Many of the things you stated arr misdemeanor offenses. Have her arrested. Call her mental health worker, do something. You have rights too! They put people if jail/prison everyday for committing crimes. Mentally ill people are not exempt from the law. They are sick and it is their responsibility to take care of their illness. If they can't then they should be institutionalized. You have rights also!!!!!

Tonight her famly came to my door and barged in holering to stop herassing her.I had two neigbors over for dinner at the time.They told them it was the other way around.When we comed down so they would lesson.They said she is kind and sweet around them and every thing we said she did she was telling them I was doing.They said that they would talk to her.Now she will be realy mad and we will pay.I think that was not right to come to my door and herass me like they did my nervers are shot What should I do about this?

Well, maybe it wasn't right that they came to your door, but you were open and receptive and spoke to them, letting them know your side of the story, and it sounds as if they listened. If you really don't want to be bothered anymore speak to an attorney, tell him everything, and then refer your neighbor and her family to your attorney if they have any issues.

You should've educated yourself and you wouldn't be living in the ghetto! You can't blame anyone but yourself! We all have one chance at life, and it is what "YOU" make it!

Don't believe you have to live like this! It's never too late to get an education.
