I truly hate my neighbors. I've been here 22 years 2 acres gorgeous trees. my closest neighbors 60 feet away moved in 8 years ago. they now have 4 kids(obnoxious, screaming kids that they don't watch, including the 2 year old when they call "carly where are you?"). The back of my property is on a cul-de-sac which we have permission from the town to access with a new driveway. I have a fence all around my property. He moved in and started piling junk behind my fence on the cul de sac which is to the left of his house, which is on 1/2 acre. I had to landscape from my back fence to the road which is 5 feet to the cul de sac and about 100 feet along the cul de sac and put up a mailbox even though there is no new driveway yet cause he kept using my land as a junk pile! He also put a basketball hoop there. my husband threw it on his lawn!He landscapers ruin my pachysandra with cement and ramps and stuff.I think he lets his dog pee there cause I have to keep replanting. He had a bulldozer take out all his trees which loosened my fence and parts of it fell down, my dog ran over there through broken fence and he called police! HE said the dog was vicious. His wife called me to say what are you going to do about the fence. (even though her husband told my husband they would replace it) she didn't know? Thy knocked it down. He is a liar and stupid and arrogant. I told her my husband was in the hospital but I had new fence sections that her husband who is in construction could use to fix that side but my husband was ill and she didn't even say I hope your husband feels better!My husband nearly died and was in a coma and never can we help. They shoot off illegal fireworks every 4th of july into my woods. The next day I hear her instructing her 3 and 4 year old to light fireworks! not kidding! "be careful! run away!" last week he had a landscaper in my tree cutting off my branches. I called police cause he wouldn't get off my property. the landscaper said"that was stupid!" I said are you trying to intimidate me? my neighbor came home and I said your landscaper was cutting my trees and he said"No he didn't!" really nasty. are you calling me a liar? I asked. He that said "I'm sick of you and your fence and your dogs!, and I screamed "I'm sick of your kids screaming and hanging over the fence and your fireworks every year!" It got ugly! he is the biggest dick, so disrepectful. HE nor his landscaper never appologized for trespassing or calling me stupid and a liar! the cop told him he should have called us and told us he was going to have tree work done and you don't trespass and chop up someone's trees. He also said he is very aggorant. to say the least! I really would love for them to move. I hope he has no work and they forclose on his house. His kids are whiney screaming things. I have two boys who are now 18 and 14 and they are normal kids, make normal noise and are respectful. help me to understand how this guy could be such a moron
