Is this common? We live on the second floor so you'd think we wouldn't have to deal with stomping issues, but the people below us are constantly stomping which vibrates our floor. It's just a lady and her 5 year old son but I don't think her tiny son can make that much of an impact just from running around. It drives me crazy.
