ok, started when they bought the freehold to the house next door, it's divided into 2 flats. They own the downstairs and the freehold to the whole building. The guys who bought the upstairs are really OK, don't own the freehold though so are over a barrell in a way.
1st thing- upstairs put bin out on rubbish collection morning(- downstairs guy (who I will now refer to as "mr a" - for asshole) has a dog, as a puppy it ran out and devoured the contents of the sack - chicken bones and all, dog got bone stuck in throat, vet job £300.
Mr A blamed upstairs sand threatened to put an axe through upstairs door.
2nd thing- MR A has tantrums and threatened to put an axe again through upstairs door as they were blowing up an airbed and he thought they were hoovering to annoy him.

3rd thing- Mr A and mrs A started to hit their dog. My daughter heard the smacks and the dog screaming a lot. I promised that if it continued we would phone the RSPCA.
One day we heard the dog screaming like mad, and my daughter hysterically screaming from upstairs. We ran up and looked out of the window, MR A had flipped as the dog had been barking a lot, he threw his BBQ and the BBQ table and all of the garden chairs at the dog, on the dog, etc....

So we phoned RSPCA to report him. husband also yelled at him from the window calling him an idiot etc...

4th thing- we can back from holiday 3 weeks later to find a letter from the social services advising us that they needed to talk to us as "someone" anonomously had reported us to them accusing our children of being dirty, screaming "as if they could be being hit" and wearing 2nd hand clothes. OK yes, we do buy a lot of good quality 2nd hand stuff- but really.....

I wonder who made that inncorrect and malicious report?

bastards!
