Surprised And Not Surprised

I am a thirty year old single guy, and my mom has been divorced for something like eight years now. Two months ago I was totally surprised when I stopped by my mom’s house one morning and found her and her best friend having coffee and a cigarette in the nude.

They were a bit modest and just said that they liked to do that together, and they told me that they were having a bit of a bisexual fling. I had no idea that my mom was into anything like that or her friend. I just said how I didn’t know and that I was happy for them if they were happy about that, which apparently they are.

I know that these days that sort of thing is becoming much more common, but somehow I never figured that my own mom would be that uninhibited. So all I can say that sometimes moms can be surprising – so don’t be surprised.
