The authorities requested that the ayrab, the one whose name was originally on the lease, (the weazel who snuck in his large family from Iran, that is), without prior notice to the public housing authorities, is now allowed to take over the lease of a 2 bedroom townhouse!
I am so shocked as they did promise me at the hearing that a new better selected tenant, of quiet disposition will be replacing the current one. All that has happened is that the large noisy family have been evicted last week (which I am most grateful for), and now this weazel, an ayrab affiliate from that family is now residing in that townhouse.
Problem is the authorities tell me I must allow his noisy family to visit him, as he is (mentally sick), and that if the noise starts to call police.
The authorities are only roof givers, they don't screen the mentally ill, the criminally insane, nor do they have the resources to give out background checks, or screening methods to carefully select the quiet tenants in one suburb or the noisy in another.
They simply give out public housing and like to be harrassed when people like me, those who seek peace, quiet and privacy, and do the right thing, spend money on the property, complain about the shit that they put next door to them.
What a fucking justice system we have here in Australia.
The corrupt public housing market, and criminals and mental people destroy new housing, and don't have to pay one cent towards damages, they just move on, get assistance to get new housing again.
The cycle will continue until everyone gets a job, works hard for their home and what they own, and this scum will be wiped out, but not in my lifetime because, in Australia, there are too many people on welfare, creating problems, and there are no resources in place to house these people in mental institutions.
