Jesus Lord Christ, I was shaken so much by your headline.
I know what you are going through, my cat was also killed, by bait by my (ayrab neighbours), as the vet could not establish any spider bite marks on his body. I was numb and still am since February this year.
I wish to tell you that there are laws in each country where cruelty and death to pets exists. If you can prove they did this, abbhorrent crime, then you can do something about 'payback' to these people.
I cannot, even come to any word of comfort for you, because I have been there, and it is very tough for a pet that we treat as our own children to come to grief in this manner.
I can only say, that you should immediately report it to either your council, landlord, or both, to your local minister for housing, the media, wherever you think that you will be heard, and find out their landlords name and address and call them, or if they own their own home, you get a lawyer to assist with compensation for the loss of your beloved pet straight away.
Please let me know, on this message number, how you go, as I really need to know how you went, as I have also suffered at the depths of depression at losing my beloved pet cat Amba, who was the most precious little man I owned, as he slept with me he wrapped his arms around my neck and comforted me. Without Amba I am nothing and I keep him in an Urn in my cupboard, which still is better than burying him in the garden where he was taken, by those infidel arsehole neighbours when I wasn't home.

The death of your cat should mean the death for the people who did this heinous abbhorrent crime, because I would not hesitate killing these people without even thinking about the consequences.
Cats are very special, cats are my life, cats are my children.
I have given birth to all my three cats, and they are all very well behaved, and without my cats I am nothing, nothing with no purpose.
with cats I have a reason to get out of bed in the morning, to feed them and myself, to keep the house clean for them and for me, to shop for them and for me, my cats are my life.
