I live in a slum of a complex to save money to buy a home. Every morning, except Tuesdays there is an army of gardeners who use blowers, chain saws and various metal tools that they use to scrape the cement outside our bedroom window. Not only that but the manager (who barely speaks english) has two little annoying children that they turn loose at 9 am (we work at night) and of course the little heathens have to play under our bedroom window. All of this aside the circus of people that live on top of us seem to only enjoy music that makes my windows and pictures rattle. Not only that but when I want to listen to music our manager is so quick to knock on our door and tell us to turn it down. I am sceaming to get back at ALL of them when we move out. It is gonna be something safe, but good.

Call the INS and see if you can get their green cards revoked.Years ago,in an old apartment I used to live in,there was this horrid family who didn't speak English(not that that was the problem but it helped)they had 3 horrid children who appeared to never bathe(they REEKED)and they had loud, screaming arguments every day involving the tossing of cookware.I called a friend of mine, who works for the INS and had him do a little investigating. My neighbors were deported within days.

If INS would do their(expletive deleted)jobs, construction and contractors in the southwest would have to pay workers a living wage. As it stands, our south-of-the-border neighbors can sneak into the U.S.A., live ten+plus to a two bedroom apartment, work for a year or so below minimum wage but collect unemployment AND welfare then return home with plenty of money. INS in the southwest will do N-O-T-H-I-N-G. Once they're here, they're golden.
