Is My Wife Cheating?

I think my wife is cheating with another man. She is 49 yo, good looking and nice body. The last six months have been close to hell with here. Here are the reasons why.
Gets home from work two hours late with a small bag from the store and says she has been shopping, then takes a shower before I can get even close to her.
Talking and sex rarely happening for months. If we do have sex, her legs are up in the air and telling me to fuck her, never before did she do this.
Spends all her time looking at her phone.
Has told me she is thinking of moving out of house, she says “needs time away to think”.
Up late at night drinking wine.
Found text on her phone “love you”, from number I didn’t know.
Caught her coming home late before shower and she smelled like sex.
She now has vaginal herpes, blaming me, but I tested negative.

My gut feeling is that she is cheating, just don’t know what to do.
