Help me!! My 4-plex originally had nice people in it. Now there are two hoes downstairs who have different guys living there every week and have really loud, screaming, head-board banging sex. They play music with really loud bass. They blare their TV at all hours. They bang on the walls and slam doors in the room under my bedroom in the middle of the night. They throw their trash in the backyard, including many tampon applicators and used condoms. When rent time comes around they have sold drugs or prostituted themselves to make rent day. The so-called manager, who is probably getting blowjobs in order not to evict them, won't do anything about them. I live in the county where there are no noise ordinances so the sheriff's dept. can't do anything. The manager tells them I'm bitching so they get even louder. I'm usually a nice person, but this is putting me near the edge, since I've put up with this for about 9 months and it's getting worse. I have 2 months left until I graduate. Why don't I have any rights when I'm the decent tenant??????
