We've got a neighbot that has an easement on our property. An easement means that they can come and go from their homes and thats it. The other two houses on our lane have no problem with this easement (that they share as well) but this shit head has decided to basically annoy us to death. He's ripped apart our landscaping (we've caught him doing it more than once) driven all over it, once he knocked over a post my Dad had set in clearly marking the boundaries of the properties, and then the jerk tried to sue my Dad, cause the post knocked out a rear light when he ran over it.

He used to flip me the bird every time I drove by, and on a weekly basis he knocks over our garbage cans. Whats really sad is the guy apparently has no life whatsoever, no girlfriend or wife, and half the time stays home from work...the guy is a loser.
