Oh my gosh, okay so I have this neighbor, let's just call him Bob. I have 2 dogs, an oversized yellow labrador and a welsh corgi. So this neighbor of mine, he works on the channel 5 news, and he has to wake up at 3:00 every morning (which means Bob goes to sleep at like 7:00 every night)... He accused me of leaving my dogs out all night one time and he said they were barking their heads off and he couldn't sleep. I knew for sure that it wasn't my dogs because they were both lying in my living room and didn't have the need to go outside for the rest of the night. It turns out that it was the dogs across the street who sound like my dogs and those people leave them out all night. He didn't believe me!! He said I was lying. So I was picking my kids up from school and when I pulled up to my house, animal control was parked in front of my driveway, and there was Bob. So I chatted with the officer and told him the story, and he just plain out told me to keep my dogs inside after 9:30 at night, which I have no problem with doing. Then Bob continued to send me these threatening notes about my dogs... HE'S SUCH A JERK!!

I hate people who knowingly move into neighborhoods and don't want to deal with neighbors! I mean your neighbor knew he had a crazy schedule and if he didn't want to deal with people messing with him while he tried to keep this crazy schedule he should have moved out in the country or sound proofed his bedroom.

Well - unless you want to "let sleeping dogs lay" and get on with your life, you could always document the across-the-street neighbor's dogs running at large with video/audio and get the "REAL" offenders ass in the sling with future complaints - - since you and your pets are blameless.

Way to handle this is to, take Bob for a car ride, while driving run off into the river.

some people, sounds like your one of them, can't handle dealing with other people and need to live out on their own! When you have people living in close quarters your bound to have a pet issue or a little noise best to handle it like neighbors rather than bring in the authorities!
