My Three Months Renting A Garage Apartment From A Lonely Older Man
After losing my job I had to find cheaper accommodations. I found a one room garage apartment for 195 a month, utilities and wifi included. The room was small, one window over the little sink, a toilet and shower closet, and a small fridge and hot plate. A big stepdown from sharing a large two bedroom.
Mr. X kept coming up to talk to me, to see how my job hunt was going, to tell me stories of his past life. It didn't escape me that he watched my crotch or my boobs, not my face and eyes. I knew without a word being spoken that he was a looker not a doer. If he ever did make a move I didn't know how I would feel about it, but I knew I would let him have his way. But he never made his move.
The time came one Thursday after sunset. He came up as usual, he told me again about when he and a friend went to Las Vegas and lost their week's wages. I took my dress off, giving him my back of course. He made some comment, which I ignored. I took off my bra, he made another comment which I ignored, I turned with my arms across my chest and asked him to hand me my nighty which hung on a nail beside the bed. I turned and slipped my nighty on.
He wasn't well, he said things over again. I asked him if he missed having a woman around. I reminded him I was a woman, a woman all over. I don't think he understood. He just sat on the kitchen chair and stared at me. I asked him, point blank. If he liked me. Liked me in the woman way. I knew he liked me.
But he didn't make a move. I thought about asking him if he preferred boys, but thought better of it. I went to bed after he went back down to his house. Nice man gave me a break on my rent when I found a job and told him I had to move. I sent him a Birthday card.
