And he isn't even the legal owner of the place!!! His "buddy" has been letting him stay at his condo for a long time and he has been "fixing it up."

He lets his dog run off the leash and it craps all over the bushes and charges my dog.

He litters, makes noise, blocks parking spots and other rude things.

He once told me that the place was old and dilapidated and crappy.

My confession is that I yelled at him tonight as asked him when he was moving. He said "Not soon enough." He is a "****head!"

I HAVE!!! My boyfriend's old lab used to back up to all of my favorite shrubs and poop right in the middle of them! I honest to God think that he did it because the dog did not like to share the boyfriend. Once he even shit on the bumper of my car and then pissed on each wheel. Of course I just washed it, when else would he do that? The old dog NEVER EVER did anything like that to the boyfriend's cars, just mine!

But, credit to the dog. . . this cranky lady lived across the street, the ol' boy, bless his heart, peed all over her freshly planted flowers. He even pooped on her damn roses that she loved but refused to trim back from the mailbox (I delivered her mail for a while and the freaking things were all over the box, thank you Smelly-butt). I will never understand why, knowing that every dog in the neighborhood always peed there during their evening walks, she had to plant her flowers surrounding the light pole, duh.

At least your asshole is only a renter - I'm stuck with mine forever! We had a glimmer of hope lasy year when we heard rumor that they were moving, but our hopes were dashed when they recently started construction on an addition. I wanted to cry. This bitch sends out such a bad vibe throughout the neighborhood. She's crazy. Just the sight of her mades me want to punch her face in. In a neighborhood of nice, well groomed homes you'd have no problem spotting hers - it's the one with the brown lawn, dead plants hanging from the front porch (since last October) paint peeling and let's not forget the fake Christmas wreath - it's been hanging on the door for about three years now. I'd like to add a little lighter fluid to it!
So I hear ya, buddy - I feel your pain!
