So there’s this girl at work. She’s 25 and I’m 20. She has to be one of the sexiest girls I’ve set my eyes on and recently I can’t stop thinking about how much I want her. We seem to have this flirty relationship which I can’t work out is friendly banter or something more. We have lunches together at work and we text through the day quite a lot. How do I know if this is something I should try and pursue or just keep it as friends and move on??

Take one moment at a time.Focus on your professional tasks so your sincerity and honesty will be seen by her.Be polite and helpful.Exercise well.Be ready to resolve issues so as to show her your maturity.
Do not crack silly or crass jokes and should anybody else does that and she doesn't laugh , do not laugh.
If she sees that you have a lot to share that also will be helpful so know in a subtle manner what she likes.
Unless she is interested as well, you can't do much.No desperate attempts to impress her.

Why not ask her if she'd like to have dinner sometime. You know this great place....

And use your knowledge of what she likes to pick a restaurant that has the best of that thing.
