Call Me Miss Revenge: Part 6

A few days go by and I'm starting to get fed up. I can't live this double life anymore. At first it was fun but now it's becoming near impossible to be near my husband.
I'm not going to bore you with details, however I will share one thing that tipped me over the edge.

This one particular night I came home from a 12 hour shift. It was late. Now I knew he was with his mistress and a few work friends at the park accross from where we lived. They were smoking dope, and who knows what else. (Nothing against anyone that does this, however he had a history of substance and alcohol abuse. And he also bragged to me how his mistress did speed and worked ridiculously fast on one shift) I'm not impressed.

To think that I had helped him get off certain substances and alcohol, he's back to doing this again. I'm not going to sit here and paint myself as a perfect person, but I lost it that night. I sped past and parked my car up at home. I sat in my car full of rage. I took deep breaths to calm myself down. And picked up my phone and called him. I asked to see him for 5 minutes as I had just gotten home.

He reluctantly came. He was walking towards me with a cigarette in his mouth, and a very pissed off facial expression. I asked what was happening, and explained that I'll be going to bed soon as I'm wrecked from work. He starts screaming at me, "you always do this". I reply calmly with, "I beg your pardon, I don't always 'do this', what are you on about". Now I knew someone was listening for him to make such a strange statement so loudly. I said to him, "you know what, go back, I'm going to bed". He starts swearing at me, so I get back into my car and speed off.

I end up stopping a few miles away, turn off the car engine, and start crying. I'm full of rage, rage crying? Looking back now, I'm laughing. Yes I was hurt, but the situation was just so damn ridiculous by this point.

A motorbike rider knocks on my car window and asks if I'm okay, and if I need help. I reply with that I'll be okay, and that I don't need help, and thank him for asking. He looks at me and waits a few minutes. He was genuinely concerned. I pull myself together and drive off. I ended up driving to the pub in the middle of no where, Enzo and I's spot. Turn off my car and sit there watching the stars.

When I got home, my husband was passed out on the floor. I walked straight upstairs and started to pack his belongings.

The next day I kick him out. I tell him that I need space.
He leaves, and what do you know? He moves in with his mistress, accross the park, shocker!
