The moron teenager next door to us used to cause all kinds of grief. Twanging on his stupid electric guitar every night, next to his open bedroom window. His asshole parents in the next room with earplugs, unbelievably letting him annoy the neighbors. He threatened my daughter (she was five and he was sixteen at the time) he poured oil on our driveway, put nails under our tires, flung cat shit over our fence and spied on us.
The next time his parents were away and that stupid jerk had a party and I smelled pot, I got even with him. I called the cops and mentioned they were all smoking marijuana and underage drinking. Three cops cars with flashing lights were there within minutes. They arrested the moron (he was 18 and a senior in high school) and some of his friends. They even searched his house and vehicles!
He had to call his parents from jail to come bail him out. Mom and dad were forced to cut their vacation short and rush home. He now has an adult criminal record, he was thrown out of school, and was unable to get into the college of his choice because of the pot bust. It cost his parents THOUSANDS in fines to keep precious snookums out of jail. They lost wages due to court appearances, and he was forced to do hours and hours of community service as well as complete various drug/alcohol abuse/rehab programs.
I told his mother this entire thing was her fault for not disciplining him right. What kind of sixteen year old boy threatens a five years old girl? She asked me if I called the cops, I told her I had. And to tell her no good, drug addict, asshole of a worthless son I did. And if he so much as showed his face or caused another problem for me or my family, I'd call them AGAIN. Since moron is on probation, he can't afford more trouble with the cops.
I tell you, the silence and beautiful peace and quiet in the neighborhood since asshole teenage boy has had his wings clipped is wonderful.
I would have to agree, call the police and keep calling until the problem is resolved. These teenagers are just a bunch of bullies and you need to show them you won't be bullied. Believe me, if the police get called to their home for disturbances again again, they will do something about it.
yeah it is and i would just start calling the cops that way it is on record... and the other neighbors that are having problems with them should do the same they will be gone after awhile...
When you call the cops, there's a record kept and if there's trouble later on (such as when he grows up and assaults you), you can refer to the record.
