Hi all!! Well its update time. Yesterday was court day as the wankers from hell objected to the Violence Restraining Order so I had to endure their bullshit, lies and crap for the whole day. The only witness they provided they couldn't use as she didn't see any of the events. However, she admitted to the court that the video evidence I submitted clearly showed her husband spitting at my dog and dropping his pants over the fence then proceeded to say that they didn't know me from a bar of soap. What a stupid bitch hey!!! They just admitted to involving themselves and harrassing people they didn't know and yet wan't to be classed as a credible witness. Anyway the wankers couldn't even get their facts straight, dates or events and every time the judge queried bitch face on an evidence that I gave the court her answer was "NUP, DIDN'T HAPPEN, DON'T RECALL, MUST BE A LIE!" They mouthed off at me in court and laughed when I was having my say. Anyway this took up the whole day and as a result I have to wait another week for the judge to make a decision. This is a living hell, as soon as I got home from court they were there as usual and starting their crap again. I now sleep with one eye constantly open. I can honestly say I have "FUCKIN NEIGHBORS FROM HELL"!! My doctor put me on medication today as I'm now suffering anxiety attacks and I live in constant fear. They are now ringing my work (have had trace put on phone) they had their fuckin friend follow me home from work and try to run me off the road. I just can't believe I have to wait another week, I feel that the law has let me down in a big way and they have forgotten that I'm the victim. Anyway I could go on forever but I won't. Will keep you all updated though, till then. Cheers!!

The law is the law, and has procedures in place to protect us all. Realize that in the end, justice *does* prevail, and you will have your satisfaction. Hopefully they will give up on you and take to harrassing another neighbor. With restraining orders from a bunch of neighbors in place, they may find it better to move than to stay.

I know what your saying but, these neighbours don't give up or ever get tired of this. If anything, the problems are getting worse. On Friday night just gone as usual they are pissed off their brains and he literally beat the living daylights out of her. Not one person in the street called the cops (probably all hoping they'd kill each other) and then he trashed their house and then continued to beat the crap out of her outside the house. Not long after that his mate (wanker that spat at my dog) said to him "go and get the tyre lever now and we will beat the fuckin cunts now!). Then they were talking about cutting off my power to my house and she stated that I could still call the cops from my mobile phone. Needless to say I listened very carefully and first thing Saturday morning a lock was put on my power box. Saturday night while I was in the shower and heard someone oneside (right near the power box) and they were spewing that they couldn't open it. But do you think the cops are doing anything? NUP!!!!! This really sucks that my kids and I have to live in fear like this. Every fuckin night this goes on. Last night there were six of them there doing it again and his mate decided to put a chair right at the end of their driveway and face it directly at my house and he just sat there watching. I'm just about ready to cross over that fine line if you know what I mean. ***SIGH*** :-{

You seem to enjoy this. Why don't you just gave up and move. They have nothing to loose they are venting their misery on you. Its not about winning and gaving in, at thi point its about safty. You have kids in this too. Did you ever try to frame then up on something illegal? Why don't you move? I bet if it was ghost haunting you, you would have moved. Rather you move than do something stupid and go jail, and your family will end up moving anyway or worst. They might have to stay there and next thing you one of them got hurt and you were not there to protect them anyway.

Are there any kids involved on their side of the fence? A call to your local Child Protective Services might bring in authorities with different kinds of powers.

Yes they have a little girl and she's about 4 or 5. She's a cutey too and I feel sorry for her and yes I've already tried the children services aswell but as usual nothing is ever done. And as for moving - Thats impossible. You see it took me 2 years in a massive court battle with my ex as he left me in debt and a home that owes more than its worth and because its under 1st homebuyers scheme I can't even rent it out. Trust me, I've tried looking at every avenue for an exit from this situation. My children are my priority and I love them dearly and I'm worried for them constantly. My boyfriends house is tied up in a lease for 6 months and these assholes I think know where his house is too. These people know where I work, they know where my family live and so on and so on. No matter where I go they will find me and even moving wouldn't stop these ferrel wankers - they go out of their way to harass me. I'm far from enjoying the situation and as far as me getting into any trouble - that just won't happen. What I meant from my previous message in saying "Crossing that Fine Line" - this mean't my mental well being. I'm completely on the verge of having a nervous breakdown. I broke down in my doctors office last week. Ive accumulated about 8 hours sleep total in the last week.
