I hate my neighbor marcus. We moved here 2 years ago. The first thing he said to us was keep your kids on a leash! He didnt like the fact they were rideing their bikes on a dead end street with speed bumps. Well you know those are fighting words. I see nothing wrong with my kids riding their bikes. After all they need exercise. My kids play outside every day cody is almost 2 and mandy is 7. We put a little tikes basketball hoop at the end of our drive way. He don't like that either. He actually came out and threw it across my yard last week. Today i pulled up and he had 6 trash cans in the dead end street.(its not trash day) He proving his point I guess. So we ignored him and cody started riding one of his little cars. Today he comes out the back door and starts calling me trash. I have too many kids toys in my yard. I'm like we play with these everyday. I am out here 4 or 5 times a day with these kids. Toys are not trash. At night I will line them up at the end of our drive way.
Well he has a little girl who is now 6. who doesn't live with him. I happened to see a brand new bike sitting there the other day. ( I thought to myself , like she will ever get to ride that) I was like Listen I see your daughter has a new bike I didn't throw it down the road like you did our basketball hoop. He tried to deny it. I'm like yes you did at 7 am. I seen you. How would you feel if i did that to you daughters bike?
So anyway its one thing after another with this guy. I just told him. My kids will be playing here everyday, every single day. There is nothing you can do about it and if you don't like it too bad.

I suggest:
1.A set of high resolution security cameras.
2. The phone number of the police handy.
3. The willingness to call the police and show them the photos next time the @$$hole touches any of your stuff.
If this guy gets angry about kids, who knows when he'll start transferring his anger from the toys to your actual little ones?
The jerk has a serious anger problem.
Good luck.

That would upset me. I think anyone with have a brain or heart would KNOW that was not they way to express how they feel. How could really think that would make ANYTHING better?!

Can you say, "Poor impulse control?"

I agree.

He has no right to come on your property and touch anything.

You might be able to prove he did it. After all what would his fingerprints be doing on your stuff?

What a controlling jerk. He needs help.

Thank God she does not live with the fun Nazi!

Here is what I would do...

Put up a fence.

Get a LARGE dog.

Video tap him and your kids playing to show that they are just kids and is a wake job.

Maybe he is renting? If he is you can talk to the person he is renting from.

Get to know the other neighbors. Make friends with them. They have more than likely have had problems with him also.

Call the police.

Write to your newspaper.

Also, his behavior may have an impact on his visitation rights. After all, he is not a good role model.

Jesus, what an illiterate sow. I feel sorry for Cody and Mandy. (White trash names if I ever heard any.) I can picture this wide load standing in her driveway bellowing at her neighbor. Thank God I live in a gated community where people are civilized and horrors like this ghastly woman and her Little Tykes crap are kept OUT.

That's just mean. How can you not like little kids that you haven't met?
Have another drink and change your tampon.

I didn't say I hated Mandy and Cody. I said they have white trash names.
Your childish taunts indicate a public school education and a deficient one at that.
Why not go comb out your mullet and see if your unemployment check is in the mailbox?

You are wrong on all counts. I find people who pick on little kids to be mean and repulsive. They didn't name themselves. For you to randomly condemn them solely by knee-jerk judgment of their names shows an amazing lack of empathy on your part. Additionally, for you to imply that they should be discriminated against and denied their legal and moral right to experience normal childhood play because of your flawed stereotyping pretty much says it all.
Have another drink, honey. There's still a chance that you might lighten up.

Oh, la de da! Gated community! Does the HOA tell you which color of toilet paper you are allowed to wipe your ass with? I guess people who live in GATED COMMUNITIES aren't allowed to have children. Or if they do, they can only have *special* names approved by the HOA. And the children are kept inside where they sit in front of the latest bit of technology and grow fat asses like their parents. Asses that are approved by the HOA, of course.

Who is Marcus? And why does he spend his time unproductively?

Those of us who live in gated communities don't have fat asses, as you so charmingly put it. We are firm and lean because we have personal trainers and we work out regularly and watch what we eat.
jealous?
