My neighbor screams profanities at her children at all hours of the night. 2 am, and she'll wake them up to yell at them for not folding their pants. Even now, she is screaming at them for not having supper waiting for her when she got home (even though she has no job, so I don't really know where she goes during the day). Her entire income is $180 a month of government money, which she manages to spend on her car.
