I hate my neighbors so much!!!! I bought a very nice apartement 3 years ago but since i did it i've almost never been able to have a decent night sleep. Everything is pretty quiet during the day but every night they talk loud, they laugh loud, they never turn down the tv sound... We've tried talk to the them and it didn't work and the police doesn't care about it either. I don't know what to do and i'm going mad because i can't sleep! Eveytime that we get angry because of their noise things get even worst. I swear that one of this days i'm gonna do something stupid.
