We moved into this upscale apartment complex, complete with security, and a gated code. The first six months were wonderful, and then the upstairs neigbors moved in. They have three children. The parents as we have learned do not know how to handle their children. They scream and swear at their kids, nonstop! Their kids love to stomp constantly on the floor which gives our apartment a non stop booming effect. They have thrown burritos at our truck, candy and popsicles at our door, rocks at our windows and their toys in our patio. They have taken sidewalk chalk to our patio wall, on the inside, which means they would have had to hop over the wall to get inside. We have made complaints to the management about the dirty diapers they throw from their balconies (which land on the ground right by our patio!) and the mess they constantly leave. We have spoken to the parents, with no sucess. I wonder why they chose to live here, they cant afford it, they are always complaining to us about how they pay they rent late, had their only car was recently reposessed, their furniture they were renting taken back. etc. . . . They hint to us about wanting to us our vehicles. Our answer is always NO! I wish the management would just kick them out. You would think they would since they never pay thier rent on time!Any other advice on how to get them back to the trailer park where they came from?
