I don't think anybody could hate their neighbors more than my boyfriend and I do. Let me run you through the chain of events throughout the last few months. We had just moved from an apartment in a bad section of town, my car had been broken into, and being harassed was an everyday occurence. We found a nicer apartment in a city with street names like, Main and Pleasant. We thought for sure that our lives would be sress-free. When we first met our neighbors they were very pleasant, and gave us a meal when we moved in, then a month later they showed themselves in raw, demonic form. When we moved in there was always a light on so that we could make it up the stairs safely. Then one day the light didn't work, so we replaced the bulb ourselves. When we came back from dinner, again, the light didn't work. The neighbors came out and yelled at us, telling us if we put it back in they would call 911. Pretty soon the police were in our apartment, and told me to call OSHA concerning the fact we still couldn't see up our stairs. After that, we were listening to our music when they called the police again, and issued us a ticket that we have to appear in court. The next day we had a yard sale, and I spent weeks getting everything together. They called the police and had them give us another ticket for not having a permit. These people are devils, and I hate them. My boyfriend and I have full time jobs and they sit at home on dissability every day. The funny thing is the only part of them that is dissabled is their mind, the other times they are carrying couches, and slamming doors repeatedly. What can we do to make these people get what they deserve? I suppose we just have to wait until they rot in hell.

Have you talked to the Super, or the building owner?
If that doesn't work, try some of the replies in this column from others in similar situations.

Yes, I left details out about the other ridiculous things they have done. The fact is that my boyfriend and I worked our asses of every day, and usually fell alseep as soon as we got home, while those stupid fools stayed home day and night, and found nothing better to do than to make trouble.

I talked to our tenant many times, but he played dumb and acted like he knew nothing about my neighbors habits. I actually was forced to move out last week. When I came back after having that yard sale they left a gun box by their door, and for my safety I left. I guess they are on a lease and we weren't, so he has to cator to his need for money rather than the truth. They were pretty silly people.
