Aparment life is a pain in the arse big time..Take for example my little story.I live in a 1 bedroom apt and i'm stuck in the middle of 2 others.Now i have no beef with one on the left it's the dickweed to the right..I think the dude has a radio fetish or something i mean it stays on 24/7 and i ain't kiddin folks.And most of the time it's MPR crap.And i think the only Cd this guy owns is Moby.The think that flames me the most is the fact the bastard leaves his radio on while he's gone..So i get to enjoy the soothin sounds of a muffled political talk show on MRP while i try and sleep.This idiot even sleeps with in on.And to make things worse i think he just bought a louder sterio because i seen a Awia Box in the dumpster..I'm in for a treat now..

In the electric room you'll find the circuit breakers for all the apts. When you turn off a main breaker for an apt. it turns off EVERY electric thingy in said apt. :)

i feel your pain. i have experienced the same thing first hand. i lived in an apartment myself and the folks upstairs ... well let's just say i know his name...but don't remember hers mainly cuz he never said ... oh and now i remember her name...anyhoo he never hollered "BRENDA!" and or "OH BRENDA!" while they wuz fuckin! but i got to here alot of "BOB'S!" "Oh BOB!" anyway you get the picture...apparently bob was pretty good...or he was beatin her..lol. i think they were trying to drill a hole through my ceiling....and they were gonna call it bob.

I have this same problem. The bitch lives next to me and
she uses her radio to wake her up early every morning. I DO NOT wish to wake up the same time as this woman and we don't have the same working shifts obviously. You would think before she leaves she would turn it down or turn it off? NO. she has to entertain the whole Fucking apartment bldg. Bitch.

What is "MPR"?Are you complaining about their choice of programming or do you object to the VOLUME of their choice of radio stations? Forget that tho, how do you know the radio is on when they are "gone"? Maybe you have a problem of being too nosey.... If all else fails, ask them to turn it DOWN and/or complain to the apt manager.
