What are you doing that is so interesting?
I understand perfectly what that's like and I feel sorry for you. I had neighbors like that, too, who watched everything I did- and made sure I knew they were watching me. It's a form of harassment, its implying that you are up to no good and they are keeping an eye on you in hopes of catching you doing something wrong. Sorry, but when you have neighbors like that, there is no hope- they are sickos and won't stop watching and peeping. If you say anything to them, they'll get indignant and turn it around on you.
I do understand, but maybe you are a little sensitive.
Try to ignore them, or mind their business too.
Ok, how close do you get to their windows to see that the blinds are up "2 inches"? How do you live? Are there posts on this site complaining about your loud music, walking around naked, smoking pot, ..... and why do you think they are doing this to you? Come on no one can come outside when you're out? I leave my blinds up for my cats, maybe that's what they do. I mean it's one thing when you have neighbors that are loud, or the kids are out of control or never mow the lawn, but "they're looking at me"..... get a grip or some Zoloft.
They finally moved out..or got kicked out..and left all of their trash in the street.
