You're supposed to call the cops if you "see something."

What's funny about it is there really isn't any crime committed by strangers. For the most part, the only crimes are being commited by the trailer trash neighbors with their junk cars in the yard and other things like that which they love so much.

You're NOT supposed to do anything about them. If you do you're an asshole.
