Deeply In Love With My Boss

I work in a small family owned business. The owner has always been close and he tells me he loves me. He's kissed me. He parents me and guides me through life issues. We're very close and many times I'm in his office about this and that. We hired a girl to work in accounts payable, she is a recent graduate from our city college. She is looking for another place to live closer to work. I have a two bedroom and she approached me about offering her my extra room. I went to my mentor to get his approval.

As usual when I'm with him on personal matters a couple of kisses and a long hug in his arms he listens. He says no. Not a good idea. I'm shocked and ask him why. Because he doesn't want a boyfriend living with me. I was shocked, he is 100% sure she swings with other girls and he doesn't want her thinking she can be my boyfriend. Sadly he's right as always, but I'm still not sure how he knows these things. All he tells me is I'm his love and he can see things I can't see.

He loves me but he feels I'm too young. It doesn't bother me.
