It's possible - it's happened to me a couple of times... usually after I've already ejaculated once or twice. Other times, it can be a lot...

If he said he did, then just accept it, and move on. If you're concerned that you're doing something wrong, next time say something like, "do you like this?" or, "how does this feel?"
