Odd Neighbor And The Cold Hard Reality Of The Situation

When i was just growing up, i remember having a neighbor right next door, a rather fancy adult lady who had a habit of going out with a lot different visitors to her home, both guys and girls of varying ages, races, and each vastly different in look than the last.
She always wore as little as she could get away with, and she sure wasn't a plastic faker.
That's not where the story starts, but it gives one a glance into the inner-workings of her mind and habits.

Now, she had a baaaaad habit of leaving window curtains and blinds open. I often saw her naked every week while peeking through my curtains from my own home and into hers from across the way [and the buildings were aligned behind a tree so sun-glare wasn't an issue], and sometimes seeing her 'visitors' as well, they usually got naked and then went somewhere out of the view of the window, ready to no doubt 'do it'.
I do not think she did it out of simple forgetfulness, as i swear she looked out that window and i think saw my eyes peeking a few times, and one time i swear she winked at the direction of my window.

I recollect some times before my 13th b-day, where she started getting more chatty with me than before, even when my parents were around. She seemed nice, and my parents were friends with her, and yet my parents initially seemed oblivious to her hobbies due to how often they were at work.
Neighbor-lady never made a creepy move toward me, at least in anyways that i can remember.

There was one day where i was asleep, in the middle of the night... i heard a shouting match outside. It was my father and the lady next door. I didn't hear much, but i recall hearing my name mentioned, and the words '... and showing your body to her.... stay away from her!'
Police were then called by my mother, as i heard her on the phone.

Neighbor lady went to jail, and to this day i hadn't seen her since, but i am thankful for that, since i found out she was into some really messed up things... she was, as one may suspect, a into under-the-state-age law, but also into animals, hardcore bdsm, and even spiked dudes with drinks.
To think, i could have been one of her victims... makes me sick. I admit i fantasized of some love with her, at least before i found all of that out, and now i wish brain bleach would wipe my memories.
What some people will do.... geez.

Attractive faces who might be on here, don't underestimate a girl's ability to do harm, as it can be as much as a guy's ability to be a creep.

... and for parents, make sure your neighbors aren't trying this stuff with your children.
