At First It Was Strange And Mind Bending Then It Was Normal

During the COVID shutdown I lost my job and I wasn't able to pay rent. Every month only meant I owed that much more, and I couldn't buy food, gas, insurance. A coworker from a previous job offered me the vouch until I found a job. She asked me if I wanted to sleep with them instead of the couch. She told me to shake him off if I didn't want him.

It's not that I wanted him, I just turned on my back until he was done and went to sleep. I helped her with her housework, baby sat, did the chores she asked me. We got along really well, she worked from home so we spent the days together. Her husband, an ER paramedic worked odd hours, and she wasn't that accommodating.

After months of living with her and her husband it was normal as pie that he went for me first, and she accommodated him once in a while. I told her one day it felt like I had always thought that a situation like we had was for secual perverts, but I now felt it was normal.

I landed a job in early 2021 and worked a split schedule, three days in the office.
