What happens after a crime does not make the crime disappear or get worse. Murder is murder even if you do stab the corpse 24 times and dump it in the river, or put it in a coffin and give a Christian burial.
So its still rape even if you did it again later. It might even 4 counts of rape since you were just doing along in shock, or fear of being exposed as a cheater.
The problem is that you now have to tell a jury that you did it four times, as he probably has a video or something to prove you let him in voluntarily.
