I was venting. People do judged and I wanted to voice it here, where no one knows me m, to see the reactions. I’m not a slut. I know many women who fuck after on date, one dinner or neither. I don’t want to be homeless and rent here for a one bedroom is between $1,400 to $1,800 if you wish to live in a safe area. My suit is a basement suit at $1,595 per month. As a landlord with several lower income properties, it's the few women like you that make it worth it. I'd never think of extorting a woman down on her luck, but if she offers it up willingly then why the hell not. If all it takes is a dick in mom to keep roof over the kids heads and food on their plates, then that sounds like a hell of bargain to me.

Not rent but handyman work. There's a man who lives nearby, we met through a mutual friend. He does basic handyman work for me. It's usually every month or so. He never asks for money so I always pay in kind. The first time was a blow job but now it's usually full sex.

As an older married landlord of several properties i have had this offered and i always take it. It's an easy cheat. We do at the rental. She's never gonna tell and i get sucked or laid and no one ever knows. If your an active landlord and manage you own properties it happens way more often then people know.
