While you might find it distasteful, the poster is not breaking the law. This is a private residence, there’s no assumption of privacy. It’s no different than if you have cameras in your home, you don’t have to tell your guests that there are cameras. You might not like it, but it’s not illegal. FYI, I’ve practice law for 20 years

You might not like what the OP is doing, but there is nothing illegal about it. There is no assumption of privacy in one’s private home. It’s just like if you have security cameras in your home, you don’t have to tell your visitors that you have cameras. Having cameras in your home is not breaking the law. However, if you rented your home then yes, you have to inform the renters that you have cameras. I have done VRBO for many years and throughly discussed this with my attorneys and that is the law.
