Helping My Best Friend
This is a true story that happened 14 years ago, my husband and I had this house that was at the beach we had two children both in high school. I had a wonderful friend I worked with she was and still is my best friend. She was a single mum that had a bad experience with her ex husband.
We used to have some neighbor hood get togethers from time to time my husband is a great BBQ cook and anything from prawns to top class steak. This particular night I had invited my friend and she was to stay the night so she could unwind, we had plenty of spare beds. I put her daughter in with our daughter for the night and her in a room of her own.
