I think it depends on preference. I’m cut and never had any complaints, when stationed in Europe I did have compliments.

I knew guys in military that wasn’t cut and they had to be more careful about hygiene etc. I guess it probably doesn’t matter much as long as the guy is clean either cut or not. I have had women state that some men uncut were disgusting and unclean but could have been the individual guys problem.
