Learning The Way Around Work, Especially With Men Around

I grew up with my grandfather who was the plant manager. It was primarily blue collar and when some guy hot caught in the situation with a work girl he always said 'rule number one, don't dip your pen in the company ink'. I was pretty much fifteen when my mother explained.

Later on, out of college, new job in the metroplex a coworker guy put his hands on me. I told him 'haven't you heard, don't dip your pen in the company ink'. I could see that he was oblivious to the expression, so I explained 'I'm the company ink, see. Your dick's the pen. You don't dip your pen in me'. I was as clear as I could be, but got nowhere with him.

When the boss dipped his pen in me, my coworker came to me 'why him? what's he got that I don't got?' I said what I always thought, he's the boss, 'if I don't let him get personal, I'm outside lookin for a job the next day'. He wanted to know how that was different. Well my Grand Dad was the boss and all the girls belonged to him. That was boss privilege. He's the boss, I'm his privilege.
