You can get a prostetic (spelling) testical. No joke. Your doctor should have told you. My dad had testicular cancer and they gave him one once his treatment was over. It feels just like a regular testes and the surgery is minor.

When I was 8 I went to country school, one day as we were walking home, some of the older 13-14 yr old boys drug me off in the brush and cut me like they had seen their dads cut pigs. This was back in the 50s, their folks paid for the dr bill, it was mostly forgotten, although the boys were very carfull about getting close to dad.
