Ok, about your question, I've never pissed my panties while on my period, but I can tell you from when I take a normal piss in the bowl, yes, the blood does mix with the period. Even though the blood comes out of a different whole than the piss, everything kind of mixes up because you're peeing and you have that fluid coming out and then your blood is dripping out at the same time. Like when I piss and I have my period and I wipe, I'll have blood on the toilet paper along with my piss. I'm assuming if one pissed their panties while on their period, it would be the same thing, they would have both fluids in their pad. I think the only exception would be if the girl was wearing a tampon because that holds the blood in. When I've taken a piss and was wearing a tampon, I would wipe and there would be no blood on the paper because the blood is staying inside soaking up in the tampon.
