its probably your period. when i first got mine, it was super light. give it a few month and itl start being more like a normal period

yeah, the very first day I've got mine, it was so light I didn't need tampons/pads and it lasted for no more than 2-3 days, but then I got it again at the end of the month (it was my real period) so it means it is your period, or you are going to start very, very soon
