They are anatomical structures called "Montgomery Glands" and they secrete oils that lubricate the areola and nipple.

Yes, that is right. These glands are designed to keep the nipple sterile when nursing. Don't squeeze them or you will damage the skin. Everyone SHOULD have them. If they do not, it is abnormal.
