Hi there

I am separated from my wife, but would still like to stay on good terms with her as friends, I am in love with another woman, if she were to find this out she would never speak to me again, I know we are separated but like I said I would hate to lose that friendship. But I hate keeping this relationship a secret.

Are you planning on staying celibate for the rest of your life? If not then you're going to have to have this conversation with her eventually.

But think first. You didn't mention how long you've been separated. At least wait a respectful amount of time before dropping this kind of thing on her.

So are there any children? There must be a good reason that your wife would never speak to you again because of your new love. Somehow this revelation would hurt her deeply. So you put yourself in this situation, you need to make the hard decision about what you will do. Unless we get more information from you, there is not much more we can say.
