They are loud, abnoxious, and they listen to their radios full blast until 4 in the morning on weeknights. I don't think there are neighbors any worse than them. They are so disrespectful and leave beer bottles by my front door. I've call the law a few times and by the time they get here everyone goes inside. There is no stopping them and eventually they are gonna break into my apartment. They have already broken into my car and stole my radio. I called the police and they said they can't do anything unless I can prove it was them that stole it. The only logical way to deal with this problem is to move but unfortunatly not everyone has the money to jump up and do that....
