I absolutely hate my next door neighbours. I hate that I hate them. I am not this kind of person, and it drives me crazy. We live in townhouses, with thin walls and little privacy. When I first moved in I decided to upgrade my flooring, and ripped out the old skanky carpet. Because it was the middle of winter I left the old carpet rolled up outside in my backyard until my friend could haul it to the dump in a couple weeks. We have 6 foot privacy fence and there was no way my neighbour could see the carpet unless she looked out her second floor window. She still called the condo board to complain about it, who mailed me a letter. About 2 weeks later I had music playing a little too loud on a Saturday afternoon. She rang my door bell and bawled me out like a child. The next summer I was walking out my front door with my dog on a leash. Apparently she is terrified of dogs from a childhood experience. She happened to be outside on her porch and saw the dog - a yellow Labrador who is the most quiet and docile dog on the planet. She actually screamed "You b*itch! You stupid b*tch! That dog!" I was stunned. I mumbled an apology and continued on our way. The next day I rang their doorbell to discuss the issue. I was very upset. After "apologizing" she proceeded to tell me that I had painted my front door the wrong shade of gray, that I mispronounced our other neighbours first name, that she doesn't appreciate when I hang my wet beach towel on my backyard deck railing to dry ... the list went on, each item more pathetic than the next. I am a single girl working 2 jobs to make ends meet and am rarely home. They are in early retirement. In the winter time, despite being home all day, the only shovel their HALF of our shared stair way. Literally, one half of the stairs are shoveled, the other (my) side is not. So for safety's sake, I always shovel when I get home at night, although most times it is after 11 pm. It is so lame! I HATE THESE PEOPLE. Now they have taken to not picking up their newspaper on our joint porch. I pick up mine and leave theirs. Last week, after theirs was left sitting out for three days, I left it on their doorstep. I went outside the next day and they had placed it on MY doorstep. I threw it out, not wanting to fuss. Then it happened again yesterday. I politely placed their paper on their doorstep. They placed it back on mine. HAVE I MENTIONED THAT I HATE THESE PEOPLE? Oh well, I guess when you're retired with children who won't visit, marooned in your house because you are afraid of leashed dogs and the general public, you are bound to get crazy. At least I can rest assured knowing that no matter how bad things get, I will never be as petty, ignorant, or condescending as my bad neighbours. Maybe next year they'll accidentally slip on my un-shovelled side of the stairs and break a hip. I can only hope!!!!!!!!!!

Don't let the assholes get you down. The same jerk posted the same thing to my message too. Obviously he's never had bad neighbors and has nothing better to do than to troll message boards trying to tick people off.

I live in a small town in Pennsylvania. And we have the crappies neighbors. They are always out side in their driveway with friends laughing and talking loud, so it comes in our house. We are elderly people, my life is almost over and it would be no wonder some older guys SHOOT the neighbors. This man and woman are pure bred disfunctionals, some dogs are smarter than they are, she is a school teacher and all she every worried about is how much money she could get teaching, throw away the students. He is a labor guy who helps build houses, and his family I know them all are very jealous and hate everyone who gets ahead of them.

I am at wits end with these people. I have to keep the blinds closed all the time to tell them I don't care, I can't live peacefully in my own home.

Life is miserable when you live next to horrible people. I have white trash neighbors whose house looks like a junkyard, they have four barking dogs and the wife screams at her family every morning and night and noon time. She has no shame, She calls her kids butthead and effing idiots and she has been out in the alley in her PJs duking it out with her loser husband at 5 AM, screaming all the while. She screamed at me because my dog chased her ugly 7 feral cats when its leash broke. Never mind that her dogs bark all the time, her cats roam the alley leaving a trail of kittens and their hideous pee smell. I tried to be on friendly hello terms but now I have to keep my drapes closed because she is always staring through my window and watches my comings and goings every single minutes since she lost her job.
I hate her too. I prayed for her for a year and now its hard for me to even go to the car without saying "shut up" since she is usually screaming at her kids/
Don't say bitch bitch bitch until you live next door to the white trash neighbors from hell. Judge and you will be judged.
