When I was 15 my dad decided I needed to learn responsibility and hard work. I had an aunt with a rural farm in Indiana. Her husband passed away several years ago and she only had one daughter. So every summer my aunt would offer summer farm hand jobs to any teen boys in the family who wanted to come.
