And The Incest Was Like Bottled Poetry...
Being away from our town and our old, soon-to-be-ex partners (her boyfriend, my wife) allowed us to practice being a regular couple for a few days. We could hold hands, go for a candlelit dinner at a restaurant, cuddle at the movies, just really be together.
Of course, the sex every night was incredible. We didn't have to leave our hotel room for fireworks! She had been a timid virgin when she started flirting with me. Now she is shameless, self-actualized, a veritable sex-kitten of a woman.
For our weekend we decided she should stop taking the pill and I should stop pulling out. Since we are committed to wrapping up our dying, traditional relationships in the next few months, we are thinking ahead and starting our family.
If we keep this up then, just as my divorce finishes, my niece will give birth to our first child.
Our ultimate goal is to move to New York State, where avuncular marriage is legal. We want to be seen as a regular couple not just during weekend getaways, but in day-to-day life with neighbors, friends, colleagues. For Christmas, we traded framed photos labeled "Niece" and "Uncle", each with a prominent heart. These adorn our respective desks at work. No one has complained, which is how it should be.
To my niece, the love of my life, my soulmate, I am so proud of you as a future mom. May we have a beautiful family, fun making said family, and many years of happiness together. I love you. You have given my life renewed meaning.
